Flexful Service – Terms & Conditions

General Service Policy
Flexful Service provides residential appliance repair services in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations. All services are performed following manufacturer guidelines and industry standards. The Customer agrees to provide safe access to the appliance, electricity, water, and gas connections where applicable.

Labor Warranty
All repairs include a 90-day labor warranty covering only the specific repair performed. This warranty is void if the appliance is serviced by another party, misused, or affected by external electrical, plumbing, or gas issues.

Parts Warranty
Replacement parts carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Labor is not included beyond the initial 90-day labor warranty period. Flexful Service does not provide independent warranties on parts.

Refrigerant (Freon) Policy
No warranty is provided for refrigerant leaks. Refrigerant recharge is not a permanent repair. Sealed-system or refrigerant leak repairs may require additional authorization and cost.

EPA 608 Compliance
Flexful Service complies with EPA Section 608 regulations. Refrigerant handling is performed only by EPA-certified technicians. Intentional venting of refrigerant is strictly prohibited.

Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable. Diagnosis is based on observable conditions and testing at the time of service.

Limitation of Liability
Flexful Service is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, cosmetic damage, loss of food, water damage, or secondary failures unrelated to the performed repair.

Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for clearing access to the appliance, securing pets, and providing accurate appliance information.

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or approved electronic payments.

Right to Refuse Service
Flexful Service reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, non-repairable appliances, or abusive or unreasonable behavior.

Cancellation & Service Dispatch Policy
If the Customer cancels a scheduled service appointment at least 24 hours in advance, no additional charges will apply. If the Customer provides notice of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, or if the Customer is not present at the service location at the time of service (no-show), a $49 service dispatch (delivery) fee will apply. This $49 service dispatch fee is separate from and in addition to the standard Service Call (SC) fee and will be retained or charged accordingly.

Deposits & Special-Order Parts
Deposits for special-order or manufacturer-specific parts that are non-refundable or non-returnable by the manufacturer or supplier are not refundable. Customers will be informed in advance if a deposit is required.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Exceptions
Cancellation terms may be waived at the sole discretion of Flexful Service in cases of verified emergencies or appointments canceled by Flexful Service due to operational reasons.
